Caddo USA Soccer

Brody has began his soccer career this Spring signing on with "The Caddo Mills USA Team". The main requirement for this team is to be at least 5 years old and able to kick a #3 soccer ball... Brody has had 2 games to date and the first game he scored - 0 goals against 'The Sharks'. The 2nd game was today and he scored - 2 goals and 2 assist against 'The Twisters'. Quite an improvement; I can't wait until he takes the field again next week. His little sister "Sydney"-- She is his #1 fan and ""Cheerleader"" (Go Bubba) is her most famous cheer. There seems to be rules and regulations in this intense game of "Foot ball", but I have yet to figure most of them out. Just maybe Brody will explain them to me before the end of the season.
Good Luck to Brody and all of the"Caddo Team". And you to Sydney,(Sweet Pea),Scribner.
Love, Pappy......
P.S. If you so happen to see "The Caddo Team" on ESPN Brody will be the one wearing #9...
And his sister will be on the sidelines CHEERING from Pappy's arms.
Next game Caddo USA vs. Bullfrogs--- Were lookin to have froglegs for Dinner...
See ya there!!!

Christmas 2007

This was Brody's sixth Christmas and he is now a veteran at opening presents, This was Sydney's second Christmas and she goes into a paper tearing frenzy of a sort when she opens her presents. They left Santa a snack on the hearth, instead of the traditional "milk and cookies"
Brody suggested that we leave Santa "Summer sausage and cheese & crackers and milk." I think Santa really enjoyed a different snack that Christmas night.
